Welcome to the Dinner-n-Jam Site!

I stared the Dinner and Jam Blog and Website after years of hosting parties I would title, "Dinner and a Jam" where great food and fantastic musicians and artists would join in union and a great time has always been had by all.

Somehow, it seems rather obvious to have live music jams and great tasting food all under one roof. Restaurants have done this for years, and of course, but over fifteen years ago since I held my first Dinner and Jam Party with great success and haven't looked back ever since.

We have recorded many of these Jam Sessions, which at times have lasted into the sun rising in the morning hours from starting when the sun set the day before.

Great Food and Fantastic Group of People always make for a great time. So I knew I had to share what made my parties a success and show how to make great food on a tight budget.

So stay tuned, we are all about having fun in the kitchen while making some great fantastic food easily while finding out what music should be heard while you cook and enjoy your new fine dining, done the old fashioned way, with love!

We are still working on making a great site for you, so some links are still not live as they say in the cyber land. So bookmark this site, you can always still subscribe to our site and get the latest in recipes I actually make and recommend. I usually sent it out only once a week.

We have started Quinn's Kitchen where we will be offering some of our confections for purchase, while our site called Quinn's Cozy Slow Food Kitchen is exclusively about food coops, local farmer's market and anything and everything about slow food, which is a growing trend you really should learn more about.
